Rahul Gandhi may visit flood-affected areas in Guj on Aug 4

Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi is likely to visit flood-affected Banaskantha district in Gujarat on August 4.

State Congress chief Bharatsinh Solanki said that Gandhi may visit Banaskantha district on Friday.

"He is to visit flood-affected areas in both Rajasthan and Gujarat, so the dates are yet to be finalised," Solanki said.

More than 218 people lost life in the floods in the state last month. Banaskantha was the worst-hit district.
