Railway employee injured

Mritunjoy Roy (34) was attacked by a group of people when he was on duty near the Mahur railway station.

Roy received bullet injuries and was admitted to the Haflong Civil Hospital.

His condition is now stated to be stable. Police have not been able to ascertain the reason behind the attack.
