A court in Rajasthan's Sikar district today sentenced three persons to life imprisonment in a 13-year-old murder case.
The case pertains to an incident on December 17, 2004, when two brothers, Bahadur Singh and Ishwar Singh, were attacked by three men on their way home in Binjasi village, 30km from the city of Sikar.
Ishwar Singh succumbed to injuries while undergoing treatment, said the additional public prosecutor.
The court also fined the three men - Madan Singh, Manohar Singh and Narpat Singh - Rs 10,000 each.
