Raj Govt suspends IAS officer arrested on graft charges

Rajasthan Government today suspended jailed IAS offficer Lalchand Aswal, who was arrested on graft charges last week.

Aswal, who had been awaiting posting orders, was arrested last week and presently under judicial custody.

The Department of Personnel today issued the suspension order of Aswal.

Aswal is accused of being involved in corruption when he was the chief executive officer of Jaipur Municipal Corporation.
