Raj Nivas should be bridge between government and people: Bedi

Lt Governor Kiran Bedi today said Raj Nivas, the office and residence of Lt Governor, should be a bridge between the government and the people and more particularly the youth.

Addressing students from various schools and also delegates of managements of educational institutions, Bedisaid that she had initiated several steps to ensure that Raj Nivas "is a seva nivas or people's nivas".

Raj Nivas could not function in isolation and should not be out of reach for the people.

She said that very soon a film show would be held to bring to focus several themes of life to benefit the youth.
