Rajasthan govt transfers 48 IAS officers

In a major administrative reshuffle, Rajasthan government transferred 48 IAS officers including 16 District Collectors.

According to the transfer orders released by the state Department of Personnel late last night, Additional Chief Secretary (Women and Child development) Gurjaut Kaur was transferred to Harish Chandra Mathur Rajasthan State Institute of Public Administration as ACS and DG.

She would be replaced by Rakesh Srivastava from Rajasthan Tax Board- Ajmer where he was the Chairman.

Ashok Sampatram, who is Additional Chief Secretary (Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries and Gau-Palan) would take charge of Horticulture department.

ACS of Horticulture department B K Meena has been made Chairman of Rajasthan Tax Board in Ajmer.
 

District Collectors of Sri Ganganagar, Udaipur, Bhilwara, Kota, Hanumangarh, Sawaimadhopur, Bikaner, Pali, Bundi, Tonk, Dausa, Dholpur, Alwar, Jaisalmer, Pratapgarh, Karauli were also transferred.
