Red sanders seized from passenger

Five kgs of red sanders, valued at about Rs three lakh, were seized allegedly from a Kuala Lumpur-bound passenger today, airport officials said.

They said customs officials grew suspicious of the movements of Rajan and questioned him just before he was to board a Malaysian Airlines flight to that city.

A search found the red sanders hidden in his baggage, they said.

The sanders were seized and the man was arrested.
