Refined palmoil dropped further in an otherwise lacklustre Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today due to reduced demand from retailers.
Meanwhile, groundnut oil, linseed oil, castorseed bold and castoroil commercial maintained a stable trend in the absence of any large-scale buying activity.
In the edible segment, refined palmoil fell by Rs 8 per 10kg to Rs 438 from last Saturday's closing level of Rs 446. However, groundnut oil closed unchanged at Rs 1,020 per 10kg.
Moving to non-edible section, castorseeds bold, castor oil commercial and linseeds oil all closed unaltered at Rs 4,025 per 100kg, Rs 835 per 10kg and Rs 770 per 10kg, respectively.
