The commencement of arguments on framing of charges in a robbery case involving the December 16 gangrape accused was today fixed for July 10 by a Delhi court.
The court, which was scheduled to hear the arguments on framing of charges in the case today, deferred it to July 10 as one of the accused Vinay Sharma could not appear before it due to his illness.
Vinay's counsel told Additional Sessions Judge Daya Prakash that his client is still in hospital and is undergoing treatment.
