Robert Zemeckis to Direct Brad Pitt Romantic Thriller

Director Robert Zemeckis has boarded an untitled romantic thriller, starring Brad Pitt.

The epic love story by Paramount and New Regency is reportedly set during the World War II.

Steven Knight has penned the script, said the Hollywood Reporter.

Zemeckis last directed 2012's 'Flight', starring Denzel Washington, which was a critical and commercial success for Paramount and went on to win two Oscar nominations.

Zemeckis is currently in postproduction work on 'The Walk', starring Joseph Gordon-Levitt.
