Rs 14 lakh worth gold seized from two air passengers

Customs officials today seized Rs 14 lakh worth gold allegedly smuggled by two passengers who arrived from Singapore at the airport here.
Officials of Air Intelligence Unit of Customs found the two passengers, both Indians, carrying 600 gm of the yellow metal concealed in their body, airport sources said.
They have been detained for interrogation.
