Unaccounted cash amounting to Rs 6.9 lakh was seized by police from a four-wheeler today and its driver was detained in Bihar's Banka district.
Police said the vehicle was intercepted during a routine check at English Crossing.
The driver was detained for questioning after he failed to explain the source of the money.
Income Tax sleuths in Bhagalpur have been informed to enquire about the seizure, police said.
