Rupa & Company to raise Rs 180 cr via commercial papers

Knitwear brand Rupa and Company today said its plans to raise up to Rs 180 crore from issuance of commercial papers.

In a BSE filing, Rupa & Company said: "The Board of Directors of the company at their meting held on March 11...Approved borrowing by issuance of commercial papers up to a sum of Rs 180 crore."

The company did not elaborate on end use of funds.
