Public sector Neyveli Lignite Corp today announced the appointment of S K Acharya as its Chairman and Managing Director.
He replaces B Surender Mohan who attained superannuation on September 30, Neyveli Lignite Corporation (NLC) said in a BSE filing.
Acharya was serving as Director-Human Resources at NLC. He assumed charge as CMD with immediate effect, it said.
Shares of the company ended at Rs 72.70, up by 0.14 per cent over the previous close on BSE.
