A 23-year-old sanitation employee allegedly committed suicide today by hanging himself from a ceiling fan at a government-run dispensary here.
Akash Kumar was found hanging around 12 PM at the dispensary in Anand Vihar area in East Delhi, police said.
Kumar, a resident of Seemapuri area in North-East Delhi, was unmarried and was working as a sanitation employee in the dispensary.
Reason behind the suicide is yet to be ascertained as no suicide note was recovered from his possession, a police official said.
