SER to run 10 pairs of weekly superfast special trains to

South Eastern Railway (SER) will run ten pairs of weekly AC superfast special trains between Santragachi and Rajkot to clear the rush of passengers during the festival months.

The trains will run from September 22 to November 26, SER sources said here.

The 02834 Santragachi-Rajkot AC superfast special will leave Santragachi at 9.05 PM every Friday and reach Rajkot at 1.45 PM on Sunday.

On the return jurney, 02833 Rajkot-Santragachi AC superfast special will leave Rajkot at 10.20 PM every Sunday and will arrive at Santragachi at 4.35 PM on Tuesday, the sources said.

The special trains will have 14 AC 3-tier coaches and will stop at Kharagpur, Tatanagar, Chakradharpur, Rourkela, Jharsuguda, Bilaspur, Raipur, Durg, Gondia, Nagpur, Wardha, Badnera, Akola, Malkapur, Bhusaval, Jalgaon, Amalner, Nandurbar, Surat, Bharuch, Vadodara, Anand, Nadiad, Ahmedabad, Viramgam, Surendranagar and Wankaner stations enroute.
