SOBHA Ltd launches villa project SOBHA Gardenia in Chennai

: Property developer SOBHA Ltd today announced a new villa project SOBHA Gardenia to come up at neighbouring Vengaivasal making it the fifth project in the city.

SOBHA Gardenia would consist of 79 lifestyle villas on a 6.85 acre land at Vengaivasal. The project would be of two to four BHK units ranging from 1,334.75 square foot to 3,365.21 square foot, a company statement said.

"Over the years, Chennai has emerged as one of the major industrial and commercial markets of India. Chennai has also seen a considerable growth in financial, IT and BPO," company Vice-Chairman and Managing Director, J C Sharma said.
 

The new villa project would offer well-designed layouts and optimal-sized living spaces that reflect promise of international quality luxury, style and comfortable living, he said.

SOBHA Gardenia would have a multipurpose hall, indoor games, gymnasium among others. It also has a tennis court, children's play area and a jogging track, the statement said.
