Solar Industries India bags Rs 1,143 cr order from Coal India
Specialty chemicals maker Solar Industries India today said it has bagged a Rs 1,143-crore contract from Coal India for supply of bulk explosives.
In the recently concluded tender of Coal India, Solar Industries has bagged a running contract for supply of 3,75,412 MT bulk explosives to the subsidiaries of Coal India amounting to Rs 1,143.63 crore, the company said in a BSE filing.
The contract is valid for two years and the order is awarded to the company and its subsidiaries.
The stock closed 0.71 per cent up at Rs 1,033.35 a unit on BSE.
