Seeking an amicable solution to state's political problems, Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today said the task of fulfiling aspirations of people from all the regions was tough, but not impossible.
"To move forward with the notion of a solution having approval of each and every citizen is just to live in a make belief world," he said.
Noting that Pakistan should be a part of the dialogue process, he hoped the Centre will address both domestic and international aspects while dealing with the Kashmir issue.
Omar said his government is always ready to work as a catalyst in achieving a solution to Kashmir's problems.
Making an emotional appeal, Omar asked not to "lose hearts" and "continue with efforts" till a solution is achieved.
Thanking the Centre for its support, Chief Minister said Jammu and Kashmir has got highest ever plan allocation this year and the challenge before the government is to make its optimum use.
While efforts have been made for effective implementation and monitoring of government schemes, on law and order front, militancy in the Valley has come down by 37 per cent.
He also lauded state police and CRPF for their handling of situations under difficult circumstances.
