Stable trend witnessed at sugar market
An overall steady trend was witnessed at the Vashi wholesale market here today in the absence of any active buying from retailers and bulk consumers amid higher arrivals.
Following are today's closing rates for sugar (per quintal) with the previous rates given in brackets:
Medium sugar (M-30) quality: Rs 2,606/2,722 (Rs 2,606/2,722).
Small sugar (S-30) quality: Rs 2,512/2,612 (Rs 2,512/2,612).
