'Starlight Princess' wins

'Starlight Princess' ridden by M P Prem and trained by R Foley won the Sohna Stud Farm South India 1000 Guineas (Grade-II), the chief event of the races held here today.

The winner is owned by Dr M A M Ramaswamy.

Trainer Foley saddled three winners and jockey MD Hesnain rode two winners.

Three favorites obliged in a card of nine evensts.
