Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy today said he would seek Karnataka's intervention to end the continued incarceration, without trial, of state-based PDP leader Abdul Nasser Madani, arrested in connection with 2008 Bangalore serial blasts.
Talking to reporters after a meeting with Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) leaders, Chandy said he would take up the issue with the neighbouring state on Madani's prolonged imprisonment without trial.
"The state government will again approach Karnataka seeking Madani's release. He should get all the rights as an Indian citizen," Chandy told the delegation.
