Travel and leisure firm Thomas Cook (India) Ltd today said that its wholly-owned subsidiary Sterling Holiday Resorts has completed the acquisition of Nature Trails Resorts.
"Nature Trails Resort Pvt Ltd is now a 100 per cent subsidiary of Sterling Holiday Resorts Ltd," the company said in a statement.
The acquisition would help Sterling Holiday expand its offerings in adventure tourism and offer diverse and immersive holiday experiences.

Commenting on the development, Sterling Holiday Resorts' Managing Director Ramesh Ramanathan said, " With acquisition of Nature Trails, Sterling Holidays now offers our customer more complete, immersive holiday experience."
Set up in 1989, Nature Trails is in the business of resorts, campsites and activity camps.
It has resorts at several places near Mumbai and Pune.
