Sumit Nagal beaten in quarters

In a major upset, top seed Sumit Nagal was beaten by fifth seed N Vijay Sundar Prashanth in the quarterfinals of the LMW ITF Men's International Tennis Tournament here.

Prashant beat Nagal 6-7(3) 6-4 6-4 to enter the semifinals of the event.

In the doubles finals, N Sriram Balaji and Vishnu Vardhan will meet Anvit Bendre and N Vijay Sundar Prashanth, to be played tomorrow.
