Syndicate Bank today announced elevation of its executive director Arun Shrivastava to the the post of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.
"Syndicate Bank...On May 15, 2015, appointed Arun Shrivastava, Executive Director, Bank of India, as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the bank from the date of his taking over charge of the post and up to the age of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier," the company said in a regulatory statement.
Shrivastava assumed charged today.
The shares of Syndicate Bank were flat at Rs 111.45 at 1156 hours on BSE today.
