Telangana Congress MLA Venkat Reddy named PAC Chairman

Senior Telangana Congress leader and MLA Ramreddy Venkat Reddy was today appointed Chairman of Public Accounts Committee (PAC) of the Legislative Assembly.

Reddy was named head of the key panel of the State legislature by the Assembly Speaker, according to an official communication from the Speaker's Secretariat.

The position fell vacant following the demise of Congress member P Krishna Reddy recently.

Venkat Reddy represents Palair constituency (Khammam district) in the Assembly.
