The Telangana Government today decided to make alternative arrangements in view of the strike by the sanitation workers in Hyderabad.
Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao held a meeting with senior officials on the issue today, an official release said.
Several round of talks held with the striking workers, who are demanding hike in wages, have been unsuccessful since the stir began about a week ago.
The Government is unhappy that the workers continued their strike though their demands are being considered positively and with sympathy, another release said.
