Three Chinese, one Indian arrested for Red Sanders smuggling

The Kadapa police of Andhra Pradesh arrested three Chinese nationals and an Indian and claimed today to have busted an international Red Sanders wood smuggling racket at Tronica city in Ghaziabad district of Uttar Pradesh.

Police also seized 1.4 tons of Red Sanders wood, a car, five laptops, 12 cell phones and Rs 78,000 in cash.

The officer on special duty and Additional SP Rahul Dev Sarma said the operation was conducted on December 25.

Of the arrested, Li Ming Hui (40), Chen Feng (36) and Zhang Qing Li (33) are from China. The fourth one, Anju Dahiya, is native of Gurgaon.
