Three drug smugglers jailed for 10 years

Three drug smugglers were sentenced to ten years imprisonment by a local court here.

Additional District and Sessions Judge Jitender Kumar also imposed a fine of Rs one lakh each on the convicts Dinesh Kumar, Budh Singh and Taslim yesterday after holding them guilty under the NDPS Act.

Police had nabbed the three drug traffickers in Shamli district on May 10, 2008.
