Three killed in a tractor-bus collision in Patna

Three persons were killed when a tractor was hit by a bus on the new by-pass near a hospital here today.

The incident occurred when three persons were moving on a tractor and a bus coming from opposite direction rammed into it killing the three on the spot, Sadar Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) S K Saroj said.

The tractor driver and two other labourers died in the incident.

The deceased have been identified as Bhola Rai (23), Ramesh Kumar (25) and Uday Ram (25), the police said.

All the three deceased persons were the residents of Patna district, he said.
