Three people convicted in cheating case

Principal Special Judge for CBI cases, P V Jyothirmai pronounced convicted three people involved in a cheating case.

Those convicted include Uriti Venkateswara Patnaik, Mudunuri Seetharama Raju and Raghupatruni Yagna Narayana Patnaik, the brother of Venkateswara Patnaik.

The Patnaik brothers will undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of five years and pay a fine of Rs 5 lakh and Rs 1.75 lakh respectively, while Seetharama Raju will undergo a simple imprisonment for a period of four years and pay a fine of Rs 4 lakh.
