Tamil Nadu Governor K Rosaiah today greeted President Pranab Mukherjee on his 79th birthday, praising his 'rich acumen, wisdom, administrative capability."
"Your rich acumen, wisdom, administrative capability and commitment towards our nation's development will lead India in all spheres. I wish you a long, happy and healthy life in your distinguished service to the nation," he said in his message, a copy of which was released to media by the Raj Bhavan.
