Delhi Police have arrested an alleged "sharpshooter" and recovered an American pistol from him in Sangam Vihar.
Sonu, who was active in Sangam Vihar area and involved in some criminal cases, landed in the police net after reports of frequent firing emerged.
"A trap was laid on a road going towards Mangal Bazar. The suspect was caught after a brief chase.
"One sophisticated 9 mm bore pistol was recovered from his possession and an FIR registered in this regard under Arms Act," a senior police officer said.
