Twin blasts rocked the Moreh
town, the commercial hub on the Indo-Myanmar border in Manipur's Tengnoupal district this afternoon but there was no casualty.
Police said two IEDs exploded at a river bank near New Seijang village, which is a just few metres away from the international border.

No casualty was reported, the police said adding the town had witnessed several IED blasts this year.
The town serves as a gateway for trade with Myanmar.
