Police today recovered two imported pistols, 24 live bullets and four magazines stuffed in a bag dumped in a nullah here.

The bag was noticed by a boy while flying kite in Barudgar nullah in Fazilpura locality, police said.

"The firearms were kept under some books and newspapers in the bag", police said.

According to sources, police are also investigating whether the recovery has anything to do with arms dealer Manish Nagori, currently in the custody of Pune police, along with his aide Vikas Khandelwal, in connection with the August 20, 2013 murder of anti-superstition activist Narendra Dabholkar.
