Two persons were killed when the motorcycle they were riding was hit by a private bus on the Ambala-Jagadhari road today near village Manka Manki, the police said.
The deceased were identified as Khushi Ram and Nirmal Singh. The duo were close to reaching their village when a private bus allegedly hit the motorbike, they said.
Both sustained serious injuries and were rushed to a hospital where they died later, the police said.
The police have registered a case of rash and negligent driving against the driver of the bus, officials said.
