Two Maoists were today arrested near Rajamundry, 135 km from here, police said.
Kattama Adam alias Salman (25) and Kovvasi Kosa (24), both from Chhattisgarh, were nabbed at Etapaka, East Godavari SP Vishal Gunni said.
Adam was suspected to be involved in a gun-battle in 2007 that left 12 Central Reserve Police Force personnel and three Maoists dead, police said.
He was also allegedly involved in the killing of three commandos in 2009, they said.
