Two teenagers killed in road mishap in UP

Two teenage boys were killed and another was seriously injured when a motorcycle they were riding on was hit by a bus near Jagannath village in Khero area here, police said.

The three boys were returning from college on the bike when it was hit by the UPSRTC bus, killing Ravindra Kumar Yadav (18) and Sanjay Kumar (19) on the spot, they said.

Shubham Kureel (18), who was injured in the accident, has been admitted to a hospital where his condition was stated to be stable, police said.

The driver of the bus managed to flee from the spot after the incident, they said, adding an FIR has been lodged in this connection.
