Two women, including a lawyer were allegedly manhandled and molested by staffers of National Sports Club of India (NSCI) over "non-payment of bill" at the club.
According to police, the incident occurred yesterday when the victims visited the National Sports Club of India, situated near Supreme Court along Tilak Marg area, for dinner along with family members.
The victims later landed in an argument with the club staffers over non-payment of bill, they said.

"The victim's father is an NSCI member and had organised a party inside the club. The incident occurred when the party got over and victim's relatives were about to leave. They were suddenly stopped by the staffers saying they had not made complete payment.
"The victim's father told them the remaining amount will be paid next morning, which left the club employees infuriated and they closed gates of the club. This resulted into a scuffle," a police official said.
A case has been registered under appropriate sections of IPC at Tilak Marg police station and further investigation is on, he added.
