A university student today alleged that she was blackmailed by a man, who threatened to post 'objectionable' photographs, police said.
"The girl in an FIR today alleged that the accused sent her objectionable pictures on her social networking account and threatened to post in on the site if she did not deposit Rs 50,000 in a bank account," police said.
He also shared details of the bank account, which is of one Anil Meena, a resident of Sawaimadhopur district.
"The case has been registered under relevant sections of IPC and IT Act and the matter is being probed," the police added.
