Upset over wife's extra marital affair, man kills self

A 38-year-old man today allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself from a ceiling fan at labour colony here, police said.

Harjinder Singh was married to Rajwant Kaur, a resident of Fatehabad in Tarn Taran district, they said.

He was upset over his wife's alleged extra-marital affair wih Kuldip Singh, a resident of the same locality, police said.

A case has been registered against Kaur and Kuldip Singh in this connection, they said.
