VA Tech WABAG bags Rs 386-cr contract from Bangalore Board
Water treatment services provider VA Tech WABAG today bagged a Rs 386-crore order from the Bangalore Water Suplly and Sewerage Board (BWSSB).
The contract is for a 150 MLD sewage treatment plant (STP) at K&C Valley in Bengaluru.
The company will design, build and operate this plant to meet the stringent guidelines of the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), a statement said here.
Post-construction of the STP, WABAG will also operate and maintain the plant for a period of 10 years, it added.
