A woman Vaishno Devi pilgrim died enroute to Bhavan in Katra belt of Reasi district of Jammu and Kashmir today.
Prabhavati (46), a resident of Sanik Colony in New Delhi, was on her way to Mata Vaishno Devi for paying obeisance with her family members. She fell unconscious at Sanjichatt area of the district, a police officer said.
The woman was immediately shifted to a nearby hospital where doctors declared her as brought dead, he said.
The body has been sent for postmortem, police added.
