VGN Developers launches VGN Royale

Real estate developer VGN Group announced its upcoming residential project "VGN Royale" at Avadi near here, targeted at middle and lower middle income groups.

The Chennai-based developer offers 1,290 residential units spread on a 9.23 acre land, at a price of Rs 2,650 per square feet for the first 100 customers, a company statement said.

The two BHK apartments range between 634-645 square foot are priced from Rs 16.8 lakh onwards, VGN Developers, Managing Director, Pratish Devadoss said.
