Vidarbha receives downpour after lull

After a long dry spell, dwellers in the Vidarbha region today experienced heavy rains with Gadchiroli recording a highest of 220.53 MM rainfall in a single day, Met officials said.

Gadchiroli, Dhanora, Chamorshi, Bhamragarh received heavy downpour. In Chandrapur district, Mul, Chandrapur, Saoli, Chimur and Sndhewahi areas also witnessed good rainfall.
