The incident took place when one Rajkumar Dubey opened fire at Suman Devi's husband Kamlesh Kumar Dubey when he was going somewhere along with his brother Akhilesh in the Veershahpur village, they said.
In retaliatory fire by Akhilesh, Rajkumar was killed on the spot, police said adding, Kamlesh was rushed to the hospital, where he was declared brought dead.
According to police, Suman Devi had a political rivalry with Rajkumar.
