WB govt prepares guideline for transfer of powers to GTA

"We have formulated a guideline for transfer of power under various departments to the GTA. The process will be completed by August 31," Chief Secretary Samar Ghosh said after a high-level meeting.

Ghosh said that a meeting convened by him discussed the transfer of power to the GTA.
