The Noble Gift Gala will honour the 37-year-old singer at its annual ball here on December 8, reported Digital Spy online.
Will.I.Am has been involved in a variety of charitable causes, including recently taking part in the Muscular Dystrophy Association's 'Show of Strength' telethon.
He has also teamed with his fellow Black Eyed Peas to open up music academies for children across the US.
Former 'Desperate Housewives' star Eva Longoria is serving as the honorary chair for this year's Noble Gift Gala, which will be hosted by Spice Girl Melanie Brown.
The Noble Gift organisation works in co-operation with charities such as Make-A-Wish UK, the Eva Longoria Foundation and Fight For Life.
