Woman beaten to death by husband

One Kallu Chaudhary badly beat up his wife following a quarrel between them as a result of that she died on the spot, police said.

The body of the victim, identified as Sangita Devi, has been sent for post-mortem, they said.

Kallu Chaudhary was absconding, police said, adding that raids were being carried out to nab him.
