Woman cop files molestation case against ACB SP in Nagpur

A woman police personnel Tuesday filed a molestation case against a senior Anti-Corruption Bureau official in Nagpur, police said.

Sadar police station inspector S S Bonde said a complaint had been received from a woman constable against ACB Superintendent of Police P R Patil.

A case had been registered under section 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty) of the IPC, he said.

Bonde, however, refused to divulge further details of the complaint.

Patil could not be reached for comments despite repeated attempts.
